In this year's Order of the Garter ceremony, King Felipe VI of Spain was honored and invested as supernumerary, or Stranger, Knights of the Garter by Queen Elizabeth. He was joined by his wife Queen Letizia.

King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands was also honored and invested as supernumerary, or Stranger, Knights of the Garter by Queen Elizabeth. Joining him for the ceremony was his wife Queen Maxima.

Following the service, Queen Elizabeth hosted a procession in the grounds of Windsor Castle, which saw Kate Middleton and Duchess Camila joining both Queen Letizia and Queen Maxima.
