Carmen Villalobos

The Colombian actress is one of the most successful TV actresses in the United States and Latin America.

Born Yorley del Carmen Villalobos Barrio in Colombia, the 38-year-old star began her career as a model and actress in 1999 as part of Club 10, a child’s tv show broadcasted on Canal Caracol and Gentv.

She continued building her resume in her country. Still, she got her big break after securing the role of Catalina Santana in the telenovela Sin senos no hay paraíso based on the book by Gustavo Bolívar titled with a similar name.

Her character opened the door for more acting opportunities, and she landed another significant role in the Telemundo series, El Señor de Los Cielos, as Leonor Ballesteros.

In 2021, she debuted as a villain. She is currently playing the role of Lucía Sanclemente, the main antagonist of Café con aroma de Mujer (The Scent of Passion).

Villalobos married her longtime boyfriend Sebastián Caicedo and, together, are living the American dream. The couple just bought a home in Miami and in an exclusive interview with HOLA! USA, they revealed that they are thrilled to a start a new chapter in their lives.

Villalobos’ fan based is robust with more than 17 million followers on Instagram. After an amazing 2021, her next projects remain a secret, but she will soon share more news with her audience who awaits to see more of her talent and carisma on TV.
