It's not easy to allay anyone's worries and fears when you're in an anxious state yourself. Equally, it's hard to tend someone else's emotional wounds when your own are causing you pain. But it's not impossible. Even though you've been through a lot recently, you have a lot to give. You're a generous soul. So take the hopefulness and the generosity that you have in your heart and share it with the people around you who need it. Complaining won't help. The best way to heal your own hurts is by being positive.
