Ryan Reynolds was joined by two of his leading ladies for the annual TIME 100 Gala on Tuesday evening. The 40-year-old actor, who was recognized on this year's 100 Most Influential list, stepped out with his wife Blake Lively, 29, and mother Tammy Reynolds on April 25 for the celebration in New York City. The dad-of-two looked dapper for the gala sporting a navy tux, while Blake turned heads donning a plunging, lace tassel number by Marchesa. The Deadpool star posed for photos with his mother and the Gossip Girl alum before the family made their way into the star-studded event. Once inside, the Hollywood stars mingled with fellow power couple Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, who performed at the gala.

Leading up to the event, Ryan was honored in TIME magazine by his former Woman in Gold co-star Helen Mirren. The 71-year-old actress wrote, “He's the Everyman, but somehow with more of everything: wit, elegance, looks and general hunkiness.” She added, “Ryan is also rumpled, kind, committed and generous, especially to women. He likes them in the most simple, direct, unadorned way: for their humanity. (How very appropriate that he is the father of two girls.)”

Ryan, who shares daughters James, two and Ines, six-months with Blake, thanked Helen and TIME for the honor last week on Instagram. Posting a photo of himself, he wrote, “Thank you #Time100 For including me in this ridiculous list of brilliant and sometimes terrifying people. And the gorgeous @helenmirren ... I thank you from the heart of my bottom for the kindest words ever. They will be sung by a children's choir at my extravagant funeral.” The actor's honor comes six years after Blake was recognized by the publication.
