These royals are their country's biggest cheerleaders at the Winter Olympics

It's game time and while all eyes are on the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, some of the world's leaders are getting in on the action. From cheering in the stands, to finding time to bond with athletes, here is a look at the royals who are enjoying their time in Pyeongchang.

He’s got spirit, how about you?! King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden posed with Swedish cross country skiers during their relay competition.

The Swedish monarch celebrated Andre Myhrer's gold medal win waving their country’s flag! The skier claimed Sweden’s first men’s slalom gold since 1980.

Monaco’s Prince Albert got silly in the stands posing for selfies during the preliminary round of men's ice hockey between the USA and Russia.

Crown Prince Haakon celebrated Norway's big win with selfies on February 15. Aksel Lund Svindal took home the nation's first men's downhill gold, with his teammate Kjetil Jansrud winning the silver.

Haakon was full of emotions as he watched the men's ice hockey preliminary match between Norway and Sweden.

Is there anyone having more fun than Crown Prince Haakon! Norway's future King had a busy day in Pyeongchang on February 15. After a full day of watching competitions, the Prince posed for a photo with athletes who brought home gold, silver and bronze medals, before ending his day with a tour of the ski slopes.

Former Olympic competitor Prince Albert of Monaco chuckled as he sat in the stands during the figure skating team event on February 12.

King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands got on his feet as he during watching the short-track events on February 13. 

Sitting below an excited Willem-Alexander was Queen Elizabeth's daughter Princess Anne. In 1976, the Princess Royal, who is a retired Olympic equestrian, became the first member of the British royal family to compete in the games. 

Former Olympic bobsledder Prince Albert got on his feet and pulled out his phone to capture a special moment during the Opening Ceremony of the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games. 

Before heading home to care for his sick father, who ultimately passed away on February 13, Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark had some fun at the Olympic village, posing with entertainers and athletes, ahead of the opening ceremony.

Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg waved to the athletes of Luxembourg during the opening ceremony. The royal was seated in the same box as Monaco’s Prince Albert.
