Princess Madeleine reveals the 'best thing that happened' in 2018 and it's got us grinning

It’s easy for Princess Madeleine of Sweden to pick her 2018 highlight. While the 36-year-old royal’s year was undoubtedly filled with regal joy, nothing comes close to the birth of her third child Princess Adrienne. “The best thing that happened to me 2018, Adrienne,” she confirmed on Instagram along with a beyond delightful photo of her nine-month-old bundle of joy. Her royal cuteness came into the world early in the morning on Friday, March 9 and has filled the family with cheer ever since.

Adrienne is as cute as a button in the new photo, gazing out at snowy grounds from her cozy stroller. The tiny tot is more adorable – and grown up looking – than ever, donning a knitted pale pink hat and star-clad jacket. She also clearly has her mother’s piercing blue eyes.

This is certainly not the baby’s first Instagram appearance. In fact, Madeleine joined the social media platform in honor of her daughter’s birth, marking her one week birthday with an lovely collage. The beautiful pink-themed snap featured four photos, including: blush-hued roses, a balloon that reads “Baby Girl” and a picture of her adorable little face and feet. The mother-of-three captioned the collage, “Little Adrienne is one week old!”
