Charlotte Casiraghi and Dimitri Rassam have brought their relationship to the red carpet. The rarely seen pair lit up the city of love on Friday, March 2, as they attended the 43rd annual César Awards in Paris. Princess Caroline’s 31-year-old daughter didn’t miss the opportunity to support her 36-year-old boyfriend at the star-studded gala, where talent like Penélope Cruz were honored. Dimitri produced the film Le Brio, which was nominated for “Best Film” and took home the “Best New Actress” award for French star Camélia Jordana during the ceremony.

The event marked the first time the royal and her man have posed on the carpet together, with Charlotte generally taking photos solo in the past. However, during the shimmering night honoring French films, the couple put their affections and style on display, stopping together for photos. For the evening, Charlotte supported her love in a short black sequined-dress, which was expertly adorned with a dark purple and green floral print. The design prominently featured a round neck and shoulder pads. She called on simple black accessories to complete the look, including: dark shoes, stockings and a black chain purse.
Dimitri, who had won a César Award for “Best Animated Film” in the past, complemented his royal lady in a fitted all-black look. The son of celebrated French actress and model Carole Bouquet rocked a velvet suit for his big night out as they walked the carpet. He opted for a matching black button-down shirt and shiny bowtie to finish off his sharp style.

Charlotte and Dimitri Rassam’s love clearly knows no borders, as the pair has traveled around the world together, venturing to New York, Italy and Jamaica, among various places. However, the happy couple calls Paris their home base. Back in 2015, Prince Albert’s niece opened up to the French magazine Philosophie about love saying, "I believe that the key to a long and happy relationship is when you both share a passion for the truth, for life.”
