Christmas day was extra special for the royal family. Meghan Markle joined her fiancé Prince Harry and the rest of the British royal family for Christmas Day service at Sandringham on Monday, December 25. Meghan, 36, and Harry, 33, were all smiles as they greeted fans upon their arrival to the Church of St. Mary Magdalene. The couple, who are set to wed on May 19, walked alongside Prince William and Kate Middleton, marking their first joint appearance with the pair as a foursome.

The Duke and Duchess, who is expecting her third child, were without their children, four-year-old Prince George and two-year-old Princess Charlotte. The littlest Cambriges, missed service, and stayed home to enjoy their Christmas presents. Meghan kept her arm wrapped around her fiancé as they trailed behind his grandfather, Prince Philip. The Suits actress looked festive in a camel coat by Sentaler with a brown hat, that allowed her long brown tresses to flow. Meghan rounded her look off with matching brown boots and a Chloe 'Pixie' bag.

Kate also kept the spirit of the season alive, with her stunning maternity style, in a Miu Miu velvet-trimmed peacoat with black shoes and a matching black hat. Meghan and Kate had eyes on them as they each showed off their perfected their curtsies, when greeting Queen Elizabeth outside of the church.

Meghan, who attended the Queen’s annual pre-Christmas brunch, made a departure from tradition, as an unmarried partner of a royal attending the church service. Other members of the royal family included, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Princess Eugenie and Princes Beatrice. Following the service, the family greeted well-wishers during the informal walk about. The Christmas festivities will continue with a sit-down lunch of roast turkey and more at Sandringham House, before watching the Queen’s annual Christmas speech.
