Princess Leonore of Sweden had an adorable day foaling around with her horse Heidi. The three-year-old Duchess of Gotland paid a visit to her namesake island where she reunited with her foal.

Alongside the collage of photos, which includes one of Leonore receiving a kiss from her horse and another of her petting Heidi, Madeleine wrote, “Leonore finally reunited with Heidi af Gotland!”

Leonore’s younger brother Prince Nicolas, two, also joined in on the fun posing for a picture with his sister and her horse. Heidi was a christening gift to the little Princess. It appears that the pair's second encounter went better than their first.

Last year, the Swedish tot carried out her first official royal engagement visiting her duchy, Gotland province, where she met Heidi for the first time. At the time Leonore seemed to have more fun frolicking in a meadow and snacking on Heidi’s carrot than befriending her pony. After the visit Madeleine told the press, “She and Heidi will probably become good friends soon. It takes some time to get to know a horse.”
