Justin Timberlake to wear custom Stella McCartney design for the Super Bowl

An estimated 100 million viewers will tune in to watch the 52nd annual Super Bowl on Sunday, February 4, and there's no doubt many of them are waiting for the biggest show of the year: the famous half-time performance. Justin Timberlake will be taking front and center on the field for the third time in his career (the first in 2001 with *NSYNC and the second in 2004 when he and Janet Jackson's infamous moment occurred) in between the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles playing. However, this time around, JT will be undergoing a high-fashion makeover for the event. The esteemed fashion designer Stella McCartney has collaborated with the Sexy Back singer to create a custom eco-friendly outfit inspired by the singer's new "Man of the Woods" album.

Stella, who is widely known for pushing the frontiers of sustainable and animal-friendly fashion, is using a mix of repurposed fur, faux napa, and organic cotton to create Justin’s outfit for the big day. Far from the suit and tie that we're used to seeing the star wear, the 37-year-old's outfit will be more in line with the style of a man in the woods (undoubtedly due to the theme of his new record). The design is said to include: camouflage print, lots of fringes, and even a bandana.

Despite speculation that Justin would reunite with fellow *NSYNC band members, or even with Janet Jackson during the Super Bowl for a surprise performance, Jessica Biel's hubby debunked the rumor during a press conference. He told the crowd: "To be honest, I had a ton of grand ideas about special guests. We talked about it a lot... From *N'SYNC to Jay [Z] to Chris Stapleton to Janet, but this year I’m just excited — my band, the Tennessee Kids, I feel like they’re my special guests and I’m excited this year to rock the stage. It’s gonna be a lot of fun."

Tune in to watch the 52nd annual Super Bowl at 6:30 p.m. EST on NBC.
