Cameron Diaz turns 46 on special anniversary: Relive her best film roles!

Unforunately, Cameron Diaz has confirmed the news that she is no longer acting. When asked about a The Sweetest Thing reunion an interview with former co-stars Selma Blair and Christina Applegate, the Charlie's Angels actress told Entertainment Weekly: “I mean, I’m down. I’m literally doing nothing.” However, after Christina mentioned how she hasn't acted in years and is a mom first and foremost now, Cameron recanted: "I’m semi-retired, too," she said, "and I am actually retired, so I would love to see you ladies.”

In honor of Cameron's retirement, which we're hoping doesn't last forever, and her 46th birthday on August 30 let's celebrate the beauty's top five film roles!

The Mask (1994)

Cameron's career took off after she made her acting debut as Tiny Carlyle alongside Jim Carrey in the comedy about the manic super hero.

There's Something About Mary (1998)

Cameron brought the laughs as Mary alongside her charismatic co-star Ben Stiller in this comedy which followed a man vying for the attention of his high-school sweetheart. 2018 marked the film's 20th anniversary, making Cameron's 46th birthday extra sweet.

Charlie's Angels (2000-2003)

Cameron starred as Charlie's dancing angel Natalie Cook in the first film as well as the follow up, Charlie's Angel Full Throttle. She worked with her real-life friends Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu.

Shrek (2001-2014)

In one of her longest roles, Cameron brought the magic as Disney's famously green Princess Fiona. The actress lent her voice talents to all three films in the franchise in addition to multiple short films.

Bad Teacher (2014)

Cameron played Elizabeth Halsey alongside ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake in this movie about a substitute teacher who breaks all the rules.
