Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez stepped out with their children on Friday, January 5 for yet another blended family adventure. The J-Rod bunch took to the front row of the Staples Center basketball court in L.A. to cheer on the home team against the Charlotte Hornets. J.Lo brought her 9-year-old twins Emme and Max, while her athlete boyfriend took his daughters, Natasha, 13, and Ella, 9, out for the fun evening. “Friday night, family night @lakers,” the 42-year-old former Yankee wrote on Instagram along with a courtside selfie of the group attending the game. As per usual, Alex also utilized his Instagram Stories to share glimpses of the night out with his followers. The first photo posted there showed the MLB star posing on the court with legendary baller Magic Johnson.

The story also showed the Lopez-Rodriguez gang out to eat together, where one of Alex’s girls can be heard talking to Jennifer about a commercial her father filmed. In addition, Alex added a courtside selfie video where he rattles off the attendees: Natasha, Ella, Emma and, of course, his 48-year-old love. He wrote “#girls” over the video in which he also reveals it’s their “last day in L.A.”

Max was mostly likely missing from the video because he went to take a nap. During the second half of the game Jennifer’s little boy seemed to grow very tired, closing his eyes and sweetly laying down on his mom’s shoulder as she smiled at something on her phone. The rest of the group stuck around to cheer on the Lakers.

Jennifer and Alex, who have been dating since March of 2017, were last spotted out with their families to kiss 2017 goodbye. The pair had a magical New Year’s Eve celebration in Disneyland, as documented on A-Rod’s Instagram Stories. The Shades of Blue star looked ecstatic to be ringing in the new year with Alex and company.
