While Camila Sodia and Diego Luna split in 2013, the Mexican singer has nothing but love for her ex-husband. The mom-of-two recently supported her former spouse at the premiere of the Edward Snowden-inspired production Privacidad in Mexico City.
Camila, who shares two children — Fiona, seven and Jerónimo, nine — with the 37-year-old actor revealed in a newly published interview the reason why she and Diego are able to maintain a close relationship. She explained, “There is a love, which is family love, which is greater than all, and because we are people who promote love, union, compassion, then from that place I believe that you can have a relationship not only cordial, but definitely loving and familiar.”

The 31-year-old also stressed how proud she is of everything the father of her children has accomplished in his career, which he earned thanks to their support. “It gives me a lot, a lot of pride because I know how hard he works to be where he is and what his children have supported him, me, his whole family,” she said. “It is a very hard work, which also requires a lot of support, a lot of love, a lot of family.”
Camila and Diego tied the knot in 2008, while the singer was pregnant with their firstborn. When the pair decided to split after five years of marriage, they said in a statement: "We are and will always be family."
