Crown Princess Victoria had a mother-son lunch date with her baby boy, Prince Oscar. The duo dined at Sweden’s waterfront restaurant Svärdsklova on Monday, July 10. Thomas Tallberg, who is an ambassador for the eatery that opened in June, shared a photo of the restaurant’s royal guests noting (in Swedish) that they enjoyed a “wonderful lunch in the sun.”
The future Queen, 39, sported a navy sweater and New York Yankees baseball cap for the daytime outing. Perhaps the royal's younger sister Princess Madeleine picked up the American sports team merchandise back when she lived in Manhattan prior to moving back to Europe in 2014 or it's possible Victoria purchased the souvenir during one of her official trips to the Big Apple. In the new photo, the Crown Princess sweetly held on to her one-year-old son as they posed with restaurateur Emma Lundström. Oscar looked adorable for the luncheon wearing a nautical, striped sweater. While the Prince’s older sister, Princess Estelle, did not appear to be present for the summer outing, it was reported on July 10 that the five-year-old will have a train named after her.
