Eva Longoria and Kerry Washington are bringing their "girl power" to the big screen! Deadline confirmed on Tuesday, June 6 that Eva, 42, and Kerry, 40, are teaming up for the upcoming project 24-7. The “workplace comedy,” which was acquired by Universal after it was pitched by screenwriter Sarah Rothschild, will be developed by both the Scandal star and the Telenovela actress.

Eva took to her Instagram on Wednesday, June 7, to share her excitement about the project. “Yassss! Nothing makes me happier than working with girl boss @kerrywashington on this exciting new project,” the post read. “We can’t wait to begin! #GirlPower #LetTheFunBegin.” The Desperate Housewives alum will produce the project through Unbelievable Entertainment production with Ben Spector, while Kerry will produce the film through her Simpson Street company.

There has been no word on when the ladies will begin production on the comedy. In the meantime, Kerry has been working on her hit ABC series Scandal, which will end after its seventh season, while Eva wrapped work on FOX’s Empire as well as Lowriders and the BBC miniseries Decline and Fall.
