Pippa Middleton has that newlywed glow! The Duchess of Cambridge’s younger sister was photographed beaming alongside her husband James Matthews as they continued the second leg of their honeymoon in Sydney, Australia following their getaway to the Brando Resort in French Polynesia.
On Wednesday, the newlyweds were spotted boarding a water taxi in Sydney Harbour with friends before taking a private sea plane from Rose Bay to the Cottage Point Inn for lunch, where Pippa, 33, enjoyed the restaurant’s signature dish, kangaroo tartare. Ally Oleson, who owns the A-list hot spot, told the Australian website, Now To Love that the group was "down to earth and lovely."
She revealed, "Pippa ordered the duck and kangaroo tartare, which was made by our head chef Kevin Solomon. They seemed to enjoy everything and they only just left! It was a long-lunch with friends, it’s the kind of place where you sit down for a few hours." Ally added, "Considering their background, they were very down to earth. Pippa was so friendly and nice to staff."
James and his stunning bride were all smiles during their day Down Under. Pippa looked characteristically chic for the May 31 outing sporting a creme and black nautical dress by Kate Spade. The summer frock from the brand’s Madison Avenue Collection, which retails for $798, features flutter sleeves and tassel accents. Princess Charlotte’s stylish aunt accessorized her honeymoon ensemble with an Aspinal of London bag, shades and a pair of espadrille sandals. Meanwhile James, 41, was casual in jeans and a blue pullover sweater.
In the evening, the pair, who are reportedly staying at the luxury Park Hyatt hotel, took their love to new heights scaling the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge together. Pippa and James twinned in black outfits and safety gear as they participated in the daring activity.
The sporty couple tied the knot in a fairytale wedding on May 20 at St Mark's Church in Englefield in front of close friends and family, including Pippa’s sister, Kate Middleton, Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Pippa made for a picture perfect bride, draped in a stunning white lace gown by British fashion designer Giles Deacon before changing into a Pronvoias number for her reception held at her parents' Bucklebury estate.
