Tommy Mottola and his wife Thalia Sodi are moving out! According to the Wall Street Journal, the pair have listed their Greenwich, Connecticut home for $19.95 million. The Georgian-style estate has been home to the 67-year-old and 45-year-old since 2010. The music executive and his wife share the home with their two children, Sabrina, nine, and Matthew, five. The 5.7-acre lakefront property was purchased by the couple for $2.85 million and was designed over the course of three years to suit the family's needs.

According to real estate agent Lyn Stevens of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the house spans 12,300 feet and comes with a total of nine bedrooms. On the home’s lower level, the property includes a gym, playroom, and Thalia’s own private beauty salon and massage parlor. Thalia and Tommy’s four level home also comes with elevator access and an entertainment space with 30-foot ceilings known as “the lodge.” The home is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool complete with a family dining area and a carriage house that has been turned into the Desede Esa Noche singer’s recording studio. The “adult camp,” as Tommy calls it, has a foot bridge to a private island on the lake.

Tommy and Thalia’s plan to sell the house comes with the music mogul’s decision to start construction on another property in Greenwich, along with new homes in Palm Beach, Florida and Aspen, Colorado. During an interview with Architectural Digest, Tommy opened up about his passion for real estate saying, “I give my houses the same attention to detail that I put into everyone’s careers at Sony,” he noted in 2016. “It’s my blessing and my curse. I have to live with it.” Thalia continued: “And I have to live with you!”
