Meet Eissa! On Friday, over three months after giving birth, Janet Jackson shared the first public photo of her baby son. The singer posted a selfie of her holding Eissa Al Mana to her social media accounts and official website. In the cute pic, Janet’s 14-week-old is mid-yawn as he snuggles up next to his loving mom.

“My baby and me after nap time,” the 50-year-old superstar captioned the photo, which also shows her planting a kiss on her first child’s forehead. The candid picture was the first time Eissa's face has been publicy seen. It was a rare post for Janet, who has been raising her child in private, as she does not often share personal images on social media. A source recently touched on how new mom Janet is doing, telling E! News that "Janet is getting her strength back and feeling well. She has so much help around her, so that has alleviated stress. She just feels so blessed everything went well and her baby is healthy."

Janet welcomed Eissa with her businessman husband Wissam Al Mana back on January 3. Shortly afterwards, the couple’s rep confirmed the news to HELLO! in a statement which read: "Janet Jackson and husband Wissam Al Mana are thrilled to welcome their new son Eissa Al Mana into the world. Janet had a stress-free, healthy delivery and is resting comfortably." Two months ago, further insight was given into how Janet was liking motherhood when her older brothers, Tito and Jackie Jackson, appeared on Good Morning Britain to talk about their beautiful new nephew. Jackie told show hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid: "Janet had a beautiful baby boy. It's all good. Everyone's fine. Everything's great."

Unfortunately, recent reports have emerged which state that after five years of marriage Janet and Wissam have separated. Sources first confirmed the news to Page Six and The Mail on Sunday. "They're both busy people but determined to be good parents, even if they're apart,” a source told The Mail on Sunday. “It's amicable and Eissa will stay with his mother, who is basing herself in London." Janet married Wissam in 2012 with a private ceremony, keeping their nuptials a secret until 2013 when she revealed: “Last year we were married in a quiet, private and beautiful ceremony. Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favorite children’s charities.”
