Casper Smart is determined to leave behind his figure as a dancer and transform his body into a more muscular one. Therefore, for a few months his Instagram account is full of photographs and moments of him in the gym giving his best effort to achieve his goal. And to meet that goal, he could not have gotten a better coach than Sylvester Stallone, who shared with him some of his best tips to exercise.
Stallone, famous for his starring role in the Rocky saga, is renowned for having one of Hollywood's most muscular bodies and helped Casper do a few push ups with extra weight. The dancer published in his social networks a video in which he trains under the tutelage of Sylvester and, although he makes a great effort, ends up tired of so much intensity. "Just a regular day doing chain push ups with @officialslystallone @ @larrylegend85," Smart wrote next to the video.
Casper Smart returned to the grueling exercise routine he knew as he prepared to play a fighter on ‘Street’. At the time, the 29-year-old also had to get in shape and almost did not leave the gym. "I can not increase my size alone with boxing. It's so much cardio exercise that I ended up losing weight, that's why I also have to do weights," he told People in 2015 about his workouts. Casper revealed that after boxing and rehearsing fights, he had 12-hour shooting sessions. "It was close to midnight or one in the morning and I was going to the gym an hour or a half more. Then I would go into the sauna for 15 minutes. I slept about six hours and started the routine the next day," he explained.
