Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle clears schedule for Pippa Middleton's wedding

Prince Harry might very well have a plus one to Pippa Middleton’s upcoming nuptials. HOLA!’s sister brand HELLO! had learned that the British Prince’s American girlfriend, Meghan Markle, has requested time off from May 15 to May 22, which would give the Suits star plenty of time to travel to the UK for the May 20 wedding. It was confirmed last week that Harry would be a guest at Pippa’s highly-anticipated wedding. Kensington Palace told HELLO! that they had "no comment" whether Meghan would or would not be attending as his plus one.

Should the low-key pair attend the wedding together it would be a significant step in their relationship. Since their romance came to light in the fall of 2016, the couple has attempted to keep their personal life out of the spotlight. However Pippa and James Matthews’s nuptials wouldn’t be Meghan and Harry’s first wedding together. Earlier this year, the 35-year-old actress and royal, 32, traveled to Jamaica where they watched Harry’s close pal Tom 'Skippy' Inskip tie the knot.

The couple’s love has seen them crisscrossing the Atlantic to see each other since they began dating last summer. Just last week, Harry was spotted arriving to Meghan’s Toronto residence ahead of the Easter weekend and skipped out on Easter services with the royal family at Windsor Castle on Sunday. As the Hollywood star’s relationship with the Queen’s grandson has heated up, Meghan has shut down her lifestyle The Tig and reportedly quit her role as a brand ambassador for the Canadian retailing company Reitmans.
